.223 Flash Hole Warning!

I received this notice from RCBS yesterday:

Certain .223 Rem and 5.56×45 ammunition manufactured in Yugoslavia/Bosnia/Herzegovina have undersized flash holes and are not reloadable.

The SAAMI spec for rifle cases using small rifle primers specifies a flash hole size of .074″ – .078″

It just so happens that a #45 drill bit is .0820″ and a 5/64″ is .078125″, so you could use these two drill bits as go-no-go gauges.
